The Department of Finance at the University of Vienna invites applications for a full professorship in finance. We welcome candidates from all areas of finance with an outstanding publication record in leading international journals and a strong commitment to research, teaching, and academic leadership.
The successful candidate will help shape the department鈥檚 research agenda, foster a collaborative and inclusive academic environment, and strengthen its international standing as a leading center for finance research. Responsibilities include research, teaching, student supervision, and academic service. Teaching duties cover the Bachelor and Master programs in (International) Business Administration, the Master of Banking and Finance, and the PhD program in Finance (Vienna Graduate School of Finance, VGSF).
