INOMICS announces the release of its latest Handbook, a career magazine for Economists
Berlin, May 30th, 2018
Today, INOMICS, a recruitment platform for students, academics and professionals in the field of Economics, Business and Social Sciences, released their 2nd edition of Handbook, the annual career guide for Economists.
Following the success of the 2017 Handbook edition, this expanded edition covers:
- Current recruitment trends within the field of economics
- Career development advice for researchers in both the academic and private sectors
- Information about study opportunities
- Winners of the INOMICS awards 2018
- Interviews with world-renowned economists
Contributors to this edition include esteemed economic institutions such as the German Institute for Economic Research, the International Monetary Fund, and the University of Barcelona, as well as eminent economists like Marcel Fratzscher and John Cochrane. There is also a reprisal of the INOMICS awards, this year’s categories extended to encompass: top employers, best training courses, best Master’s and PhD programmes, best conferences, and the best summer schools.
On the Handbook’s release, INOMICS’ CEO Andreas Hoffmann described the INOMICS team’s excitement:
"Collectively we are very proud of the latest Handbook. Driven by the success of the inaugural 2017 edition, which had a circulation of over 50,000, we have ensured that this year’s incarnation is even more extensive, diverse, and informative than its predecessor; thus making it, we believe, an essential read for economists of all ages."
