The Center for European Studies (CefES) is pleased to invite submissions for the 8th Annual International Conference on European Economics and Politics, jointly organized with the Network for European Studies.
The Network includes the European University Institute (EUI), the Institute for European Policymaking at Bocconi University (IEP@BU), the Joint Research Centre (JRC), the ETH–KOF Swiss Economic Institute, the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) , and the Rimini Centre for Economic Analysis (RCEA).
The conference brings together economists and political scientists engaged in cutting-edge research on Europe and global affairs, and this year will be hosted by the KOF Swiss Economic Institute in Zurich on July 14-15.
Keynote speakers will be:
Lint Barrage (ETH Zurich and CEPR)
Dominic Rohner (Geneva Graduate Institute and CEPR)
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Macro and finance
- European governance
- Inequality and polarization
- Geopolitics, migration, and trade
- Climate change and energy policies
