Job Description
The University of Insubria invites applications for two full-time, fixed-term positions in research administration and project management.
The successful candidates will support the INTERREG Italy–Switzerland research project SUST-STAM, focused on a cross-border ecosystem for start-ups and innovative companies in the field of stem cells and regenerative medicine, and the University's Research and Knowledge Valorisation Service.
The positions involve administrative and management activities supporting research projects, institutional procedures and collaboration with project partners.
Main Responsibilities
- Preparing and drafting administrative documents, official acts and related documentation.
- Supporting the administrative supervision and monitoring of research activities.
- Assisting in the organisation and management of activities involving project partners and stakeholders.
- Contributing to the administrative management of research and innovation initiatives.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a university degree (Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent qualification), in accordance with the eligibility requirements set out in the official call.
Candidates are expected to demonstrate:
- Knowledge of European research and innovation funding programmes, particularly INTERREG Italy–Switzerland.
- Knowledge of university administrative, financial and accounting procedures.
- Good IT skills and proficiency in commonly used office applications.
- Good command of Italian and English.
- Organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work in an international environment.
Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected through a public competitive examination consisting of a written theoretical-practical test and an oral examination. A preliminary multiple-choice test may be held depending on the number of applications.
