CEPREMAP stands for CEntre Pour la Recherche EconoMique et ses APplications (Center for Economic Research and its Applications). It has been placed under the aegis of the French Ministry of Research. CEPREMAP’s mission is to provide an interface between economic research and public administration.
It is an agency that provides both economic research for the benefit of decision-makers and financing for projects that play an important role in the creation of public policy.
