Regional Quantitative Analysis Group, University of Barcelona

The Regional Quantitative Analysis Group (AQR) is located at the University of Barcelona. AQR is a research unit in the Barcelona Park Science, and is also part of the Research Institute of Applied Economics. The group has nearly forty Spanish and international researchers and twenty years of experience, and has been recognized by the Generalitat de Catalunya (the regional government) as a group of quality and excellence in economic research. The main research activity of the group is focused on applied economics, with a special emphasis on the analysis of urban and regional issues. The group also takes part in numerous public and private projects at local, regional, national and European levels.
