University of Lisbon

The University of Lisbon (ULisboa) was founded in 1911 as a public research institution in Lisbon, Portugal and is currently the largest university in the country. ULisboa is structured into eighteen schools and innovative research centers. As ULisboa is the result of a former merger of two academic institutions, there is a large focus on technology, communication, and business courses. Furthermore, ULisboa comprises four Specialized Institutes including the Institute of Career Guidance and the Confucius Institute.
