The full-time Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP) is an intensive one-year residential MBA for professionals with minimum 5 years of work experience. The programme’s strength lies in its rigorous and flexible curriculum, combining core courses with over 100 electives to choose from. This approach gives students a solid understanding of global business practices, strategic management principles, and insights into diverse industries. Another distinguishing feature of the programme is the two-week international immersion. IIMB was a pioneer in India in including such a module in its curriculum. The immersion is ranked first in India and seventh worldwide, according to the Financial Times in 2024.
