The professorship for Economics, Prof. Dr. Philipp Lergetporer, at the TUM Campus Heilbronn Global Center for Family Enterprise invites applications for the position of a scientific employee (doctoral student) (m/f/x) in Economics. Expected starting date is October 2025. The position is limited to 36 months (extension is possible). The focus of the position is on field and survey experiments in applied topics in economics.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to conduct collaborative and independent research projects within the research focus of the professorship. Financial resources for research, conference participation, and doctoral training are available. Candidates are expected to participate and successfully complete the doctoral program at the TUM School of Management. Requirements
- Master's degree in economics or related disciplines completed with very good results
- Solid knowledge of the theoretical foundations of economics, as well as relevant empirical and experimental methods
- Experience in data analysis using statistical programs such as Stata or R
- Enthusiasm for research and teaching
