Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and University of Sassari are pleased to invite you to the sixth edition of the SASCA PhD Conference in Economics 2026.
The conference will bring together promising PhD students to encourage collaborative engagement and aims to facilitate the exchange of ideas and networking opportunities.
Submissions from PhD candidates and recently graduated researchers are welcomed in any field of Economics and Finance. Papers authored individually or co-authored with young scholars are particularly encouraged. We accept complete papers or work-in-progress in areas such as applied microeconomics, applied macroeconomics, finance and banking, microeconomic theory, macroeconomic theory, econometrics and quantitative methods, behavioral and experimental economics, among others.
Applicants are invited to submit their full-length articles which will be evaluated by a scientific committee. Selected speakers will be invited to present their work during the conference. Each presentation will be followed by a discussion and a brief Q&A session.
