Master of Business Administration (MBA)

The program aims to develop leaders with an immediate and positive impact on businesses and organizations. The UAEU MBA guides and supports students to explore and discover creative and new ways of thinking and approaching challenges. The UAEU MBA facilitates and provides opportunities to students to access useful networks and invest in their future.

The MBA is the catalyst for students willing to transform or shift their careers. To achieve this, the MBA program enhances the student's confidence and skills to attain their potential and aspirations.

Overview
Our MBA program is offered in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The program has expanded our outreach and services to all UAE emirates as it aims to develop foresight thinking and leadership capabilities within the nation and beyond.  

The MBA program and all CBE programs are accredited by AACSB International. While we express our pride to be the first business school in the UAE with full accreditation of AACSB at the graduate level, we are also continuously striving to improve our curriculum and delivery system. To enhance our offerings, our students can select elective courses that would enhance their capabilities in specific areas of interest such as Human Resource Management and Development, E-Business, Organization Excellence, and Finance. The elective courses are updated and reviewed to deal with the new emerging business topics.  

We are also keen to stay in touch with our many graduates of the program. We are extremely proud of our graduates and consider them to be the best in the nation. We dedicate time to listen to their input and to solicit their assistance in strengthening our program through their contribution as guest speakers and assessors of students’ projects or participating in MBA events and serving as members of our graduate alumni association. 

Admission Requirements and Selection Process
The following are the minimum requirements for admission to Master of Business Administration Program at UAEU.

• Bachelor Degree (any major)
• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (see exceptions below)
• A minimum of three year of work experience
• TOEFL or IELTS, please see in the following table the minimum scores required (see exceptions below).
• Interview

Exceptions for TOEFL or IELTS

• Applicants with an undergraduate degree from an English-medium institution who can provide evidence of acquiring a minimum TOEFL score of 500 on the paper-based test or an IELTS score of 5 (or equivalent), at the time of admission to her/his undergraduate program, are also eligible.
  Applicants with an IELTS score of less than 6 (or equivalent) may get a conditional admission.
  Exceptions for GPA
• Professional experience will be counted for those applicants with a GPA less than 3.0.
  Applicants with a GPA of less than 3.0 and more than 2.5 may get a conditional admission.
