Then take the next step in your academic carreer: We invite outstanding candidates with a dedicated interest in conducting academic research in economics to apply for our two-year, on-site flagship Master's programme. The MSc Economic Research is a gateway to PhD studies in economics at the University of Cologne and at other top institutions worldwide. Its rigorous and comprehensive training in economics and econometrics also prepares for top-level positions in institutions and the private sector.
There are no tuition or application fees. Scholarships for outstanding candidates are available. Apply with at least /are close to finishing a Bachelor's degree in economics or related disciplines (including mathematics, data science; details apply). The application deadline is March 31st for programme start in October.
The MSc Economic Research is part of the PhD Programme in Economics offered by the Cologne Graduate School of the Faculty of Management, Economics and Social Sciences (WiSo-Faculty) at the University of Cologne, Germany.
