A candidate for the position of Dean must meet the following requirements:

• Be employed on a full-time basis at the International University of Travnik in Travnik.
• Have been elected to the academic rank of Associate Professor or Full Professor at the International University of Travnik in Travnik.
• Not be a member of the Governing Board of the International University of Travnik in Travnik.
• Not be politically engaged in party leadership.
