The Economic Policies Research Unit (NIPE) was established in 1999 at the
University of Minho in聽Braga?, Portugal. NIPE has 31 current doctoral
members with prestigious PhDs from around the globe. NIPE聽strives to produce
excellent research concerning progress in economics on national and
international levels. Furthermore, NIPE is funded by the distinguished
Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology.聽
