The International Consortium on Applied Bioeconomy Research (ICABR) was
established in 1998 in Rome, Italy as a consortium for international scholars
and researchers with interests in economy research, agricultural
biotechnology, rural development, and bioeconomy. ICABR works to develop
the quality and promote the relevance of policy analysis in regards to
bioconomy research around the globe.
