The Rovira i Virgili University (URV) was established in 1991Â by the
Parliament of Catalonia, Spain. There are currently 52 diverse programs of
study and over 12,000 students registered at the prestigious Spanish
university. URV has been ranked a leading European university for its
dedication to training and research, through innovative technologies and
development. Five knowledge areas are studied at the university which are
sciences, health sciences, engineering and architecture, art and humanities,
as well social and legal sciences.Â
