In 2004 the Razumkov Centre was founded in Kiev, Ukraine as a
nongovernmental think tank dedicated to the research and understanding of
public policy. The Centre specializes in spheres regarding domestic policy,
social and foreign policy, state administration, economic and energy policy,
land relations, as well as national defense and security. Furthermore, the
Centre has employed approximately 135 fulltime and part time specialists.Â
