The University of Girona (UdG) was founded in 1991 as a public academic
institution in Girona, Catalonia, Spain. UdG has formed multiple
partnerships with prestigious universities and research centers such as
the University of Perpignan Via Domitia and the Catalan Institute for Water
Research. More than 15,000 undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students
are enrolled in courses regarding social sciences and arts, technology,
humanities, and physical sciences. Furthermore, UdG offers grants, financial
support, and scholarships to dedicated scholars and researchers.
