The School of International Relations and Pacific Studies (IR/PS) at the
University of California San Diego was established in 1987. IR/PS is devoted
to the study and research of economics, policy education, and international
affairs, with a particular focus on the Pacific region. IR/PS is the only
international affairs school in the U.S. that focuses entirely on the
Americas and Asia. IR/PS is a proud member of the聽Association of
Professional Schools of International Affairs. Furthermore, the school aims
to provide聽specialized resources for trainings and workshops, while creating
innovative ideas that will build strong relationships and networks within the
Pacific region.聽
