The Applied Development Economics Laboratory (LEAD) is located in La Garde,
France and was founded in 2006 by professors at the University of Toulon. The
LEAD is dedicated to studies and research concerning international trade,
European finance and development, regional and urban economies, as well as
economic geography.Â
