Founded in 1995, the聽Economics Education and Research Consortium (EERC) was
created聽to promote, and further progress, education regarding economics and
policy research in the CIS research network. Based in Kiev, Ukraine, the EERC
supports scholarly studies and organizes conferences, seminars, and
workshops to build a stronger virtual research institute infrastructure. The
EERC currently聽serves as the聽Global Development Network聽regional partner
and also delivers funding for unique research that is relevant to the aims
and research of the CIS network.聽
