Estalished in 1969, the Governors State University (GSU) is a public academic
institution located in University Park, Illinois. Currently more than 7,000
students are enrolled in the four colleges at GSU. The most popular areas of
study at GSU are Psychology, Criminal Justice, Business Administration
and Management, Elementary Education, and Liberal Arts and Sciences.
