GREDEG, University of Nice Sophia Antipolis and Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique

GREDEG is a research joint unit of the University of Nice - Sophia Antipolis and the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (Unité Mixte de Recherche n°7321).
GREDEG is a multidisciplinary research group which includes researchers in economics, law, and management.
The research program is centered on the study of firm and market coordination and regulation in knowledge-based economies.


GREDEG develops research on the following range of topics:
Economics: Innovation and knowledge economics; industrial dynamics; organization theory; corporate governance; banking and financial economics; environmental, geographical, and international economics; macroeconomic policy; history of economic thought and methodology.
Law: Law and economics; market regulation, intellectual property rights.
Management: Firm objectives, organization, behavior, and strategy; intelligence, decision and communication; knowledge management.


Tools and Methods: theoretical models, statistics and econometrics, case studies.
