The Orkestra-Basque Institute of Competitiveness, a research center
associated with the University of Deusto in Spain, focuses on the debate ad
analysis regarding territorial competitiveness. The center has created
specialized programs used for determining economic agents that will
strengthen the Basque society, culture, and economy. Main objectives of
the Orkestra-Basque Institute of Competitiveness  are to establish ways
to achieve innovative production systems and use other policies, and
instruments, to improve competitiveness in the region.Â
