Ostim Technical University (OTU) is a newly established university in Ankara, Turkey. OUT is a dynamic and visionary university with departments to be opened in engineering, logistics, data science and security, and international trade and finance. The vision of OTU is based on excellent relationship with businesses and the real world. We aspire to educate future leaders with well rounded skills and knowledge that would make them productive at their future employment from day one.
