University of Nottingham

The University of Nottingham was founded in 1881 as public research university in Nottingham, England, the United Kingdom. Its main campus is located on the outskirts of the City of Nottingham, with a number of smaller campuses and a teaching hospital located elsewhere in Nottinghamshire. Outside the UK, Nottingham has campuses in Semenyih, Malaysia and Ningbo, China. Nottingham is organised into more than 60 departments, institutes, and research centres. The presitgious university has approximately 34,000 students studying enrolled in science, engineering, and social science programs, as well as almost 10,000 dedicated faculty members.
