In 1968 the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars (WWICS) was
established as part of he Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C. The
WWICS is one of the top ten think tanks in the world and works to foster
research, discussions, studies, and collaboration among individuals in the
broad sphere of world affairs.Â
