Reporting to the Supervisor of Assessment Services the incumbent provides secretarial and clerical support duties to the Supervisor of Assessment Services and the Thompson campus Assessment Officer. The incumbent is responsible for the efficient operation of the Assessment Services office through timely handling of inquiries, effective use of time management and scheduling systems, and exercise of office organization skills to ensure goals, objectives and deadlines are met.

- Must be dependable
- Personal experience and/or knowledge and understanding of Indigenous cultures
