Qualifications

ECON 3_03, Principles of Microeconomics

Fall Semester, 08/30/2021 - 12/9/2021, MWF 10:30 AM to 11:35 AM, Moraga campus

Introduction to the concepts and tools of microeconomic analysis. Microeconomics is concerned with individual economic units including representative consumers, firms and markets. Topics include resource allocation, income distribution and price, wage and quantity determination in competitive and noncompetitive markets. Micro-economic analysis is applied to selected current economic issues.

Qualifications

Ph.D. Candidate in Economics is highly desired and a successful record of teaching Microeconomic Theory at the college level.

1. Seniority of those who have taught the course previously up to their average.

2. Seniority of those who have not taught the course up to their average.

3. Seniority rotation above their average up to seven (7) course values.

 If the course is not assigned to a current qualified adjunct faculty member under the process above, it may be assigned to a new hire after the 14 day period for current adjunct faculty members to apply has elapsed.
