Job Description

Cerner’s Compliance Team is hiring a new Senior Program Specialist! In this role, the Senior Program Specialist manages the day to day compliance programmatic needs and provides organizational support and client service within the HR Compliance domain area. In this role, the Sr. Program Specialist will be expected to provide a high level of service and support to both internal and external clients. As a member of the HR Compliance Operations team, they will be communicating daily with associates at all levels and clients to answer questions and provide guidance. The Sr. Program Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that each client and associate receives the appropriate Cerner experience and will be the main point of contact and relationship owner for aligned compliance programs. In addition, they will review and update compliance documentation and materials.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Healthcare Administration or related degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
  • At least 1 year of program administration work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR)


  • Must live in, or relocate to, Kansas City, MO
