Mid-level industry position
* Advising various levels (e.g., VP, Director, Manager) at our clients that are seeking to transform as a result of new business models and/or current market pressures/disruptions. * Supporting the planning and strategy of engagements focused on optimized budgets related to cost transformation and the related client organizations and technologies that execute these * Defining and refining cost transformation delivery frameworks that promote consistent delivery quality and onboarding of resources that use these while educating other areas within the NTT Data * Providing input into creating project teams and managing them from scope definition through delivery of contracted services by ensuring deliverables adhere to quality standards and are accurate, while facilitating client deliverable approvals. * Developing client rapport through quality delivery of services that promotes identification of sales opportunities documented in account plans and materials used for follow-up sales discussion * Creating proposals that include work plans, pricing estimates, and risk assessments to support the sales process * Co-leading and contributing to the development of proposals in response to client requests and/or competitive bidding (e.g., RFP - requests for proposals) where cost transformation consultants and frameworks are proposed * Designing and facilitating workshops with breakout activities that support client understanding and approval * Managing own professional development that entails opportunities to refine existing skillset and developing new skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, Math or a related field * 5+ years of post-baccalaureate relevant industry and/or consulting experience, or the combination of a Master’s degree and 3 years experience * 2+ years of proven experience in delegating work and managing resources to project scope and outcomes * Flexible to travel 75% in accordance with evolving guidelines, restrictions, and/or policies
* 3+ years prior consulting experience that includes a diverse set of projects with direct client and executive interactions across various industries with proven sales involvement * Experience in cost transformation methods (e.g., Zero-Based Budgeting, total cost of ownership, total landed cost), tools (e.g., cost to serve, Activity-Based Costing, should-cost modeling, inventory optimization) and/or technology applications/platforms (e.g., process mining) for industrials and/or services companies
* Knowledge of operating and capital budgets development, analysis, and/or improvement methods * Experience managing client relationships and satisfaction based on leading teams that move project scope from opportunity identification to recommendation based on analysis and due diligence * Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and create rapport through effective and succinct written and verbal communication * Exercises sound judgment with minimal support from practice executives through structured problem identification, mitigation, and resolution * Proficiency in applications related to virtual meeting facilitation, presentation creation, diagramming, spreadsheet data modeling, and word processing * Actively involved in advancing company brand through authoring Points of View in support of go-to-market strategy
