Job Description

As a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst you will collaborate with ETL Developers, Database Administrators, Data and Business Analysts, as needed, to develop OBIEE dashboards using Data Visualizer (DV). You will leverage broad knowledge across the organization to address business issues. You will actively participate in the full System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including analysis, planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and operations for routine and ad-hoc developer activities within an Agile delivery approach that supports incremental development of high-quality, fully tested application component delivery. You will create, update, and maintain any metadata to be consistent with the work performed, to include artifacts such as data dictionaries, models, mappings, and technical specifications. In addition you will identify and drive high impact process change or workflow improvements. You will identify and propose remediation to cross domain process and data issues. You will coach and mentor associates.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management and Analytics or related degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • At least 5 years of Business analytics work experience
  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
  • Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizenโ€‹โ€‹

โ€‹Preferred Qualifications

  • At least eight (8) years of OBIEE development experience (preferably with ODI and Informatica)
  • Experience in data warehousing, data modeling, data conversion, data integration, data migration, ETL process and/or business intelligence
  • Experience with some or all of the following languages/tools/systems/environments (specified versions or higher):
  • Hadoop, Spark or other data analytics tools
  • Oracle Database 12c
