Executive / senior industry position
Your role: As a part of the Life Science Active and Formulation unit you will act as a Product Marketing Manager and contribute to achievements of strategy and sales targets by operational managing of existing products and product lines throughout their life cycle. You will also execute marketing strategies operationally and manage the existing product portfolio including special client requests for existing product portfolio with the corresponding interfaces and drive them towards execution incl. customer facing communication. You will handle general product line inquiries and issues, such as change notifications, critical quality issues and critical supply disruptions. You will actively drive communication to sales and customers on supply disruptions as well as drive and continuously improve the customer change notification process. You will be responsible for the process of implementation of CAPA measures based on critical complaints and supply disruptions and support investment planning and measures of operations by providing necessary deliverables. Driving risk mitigation activities, e.g. second sourcing strategy, product and packaging improvement, build up back up opportunities plus support new product launches and ensure addition of new products into the systems on time, including the collection of product information, coordination of the internal functions and defining the product/inventory level will be also one of your duty. You will represent the business interest in internal projects and discussions by bringing the customer view, e.g. e-commerce, labels, packaging, Quality-related projects.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects including stakeholder management in a matrix environment• Several years of professional experience within pharmaceutical or chemical industry: marketing, sales, technical service or some combination thereof• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. English and German - written/oral
