As a Quality Analyst, you will be providing support to the business in quality matters as well as  developing and maintaining the Quality Management System for Teva Sweden. You will ensure compliance with Teva Corporate Policies, Standards and Procedures, European SOPs, as well as the compliance with cGDP and act as the deputy Responsible Person for Teva Sweden.


  • Using TrackWise system for Complaints, Deviations, CAPAs and Change control,
  • Acting as a point of contact with warehouse regarding process for transfer to saleable stock, (“Market release”) and with manufacturers regarding quality related matters,
  • Participating in the performance of audits of the compliance of the Quality Management System,
  • Contributing to quarterly Quality Management Reviews,
  • Participating in internal meetings and collaborating with colleagues in the quality organisation and in other departments in the company,
  • Communicating with authorities,


  • Degree in pharmacy or other relevant theoretical education in life sciences,
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience within the quality assurance area, the pharmaceutical sector is desirable,
  • Strong quality mind-set and the ability to initiate, organize and drive projects,
  • Thrives in a dynamic and international environment,
  • Strong communicator with a proactive and systematic approach to problem solving,
  • Ability to continuously improve and optimize procedures,
  • Fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing,
  • Great team spirit.
