Join our team at the Centre for Health Economics (CHE), Monash Business School as a Research Fellow exploring the intricate dynamics of frontline workers' health and labour amidst natural disasters and the pandemic. Utilise econometric methods to dissect recruitment, retention, and health impacts, ultimately guiding policy decisions to safeguard frontline workers and address future workforce needs.
As the successful candidate, you'll possess strong econometric skills and a track record of publications in health and labour economics. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively, coupled with excellent organisational and communication skills, will be essential

Employment Type: Full-time
Duration: 2-year fixed-term appointment
Remuneration: $114,951 - $136,505 pa Level B (plus 17% employer superannuation)
