This position will provide procurement support for the King of Prussia site in alliance with US and global procurement strategy.
• Serve as a liaison between the internal end users and Global Category Leaders to ensure the sourcing requirements are well understood and considered during the vendor selections• Place PO to suppliers in a timely manner, collect invoices and all other supporting documents from the suppliers, and submit to Finance team to proceed the payment• Track and trend the internal purchasing activities, collect shipping documents from suppliers, and partner with Import/Export teams to support custom clearance for oversea shipment• Monitor and assure the supplier performance matrix, help track end user quality complaints, and support the resolutions with vendors and internal stakeholder, also effectively communicate the procurement processes and results to the internal stakeholders, and balance the expectations• Support the implementation of new processes (such as purchasing policies, working instruction, and user guidelines), and proactively identify the best industry practice and the potential improvement of the internal procurement process, to support evolving business needs• Maintain supplier master data in SAP ERP system• Provide support to other critical tasks related to the procurement productivity
Candidate should possess strong and effective influencing, problem solving and interpersonal skills and have a proven track record vendor management, purchasing negotiations, procurement, contract review and management
Integrity first, self-motivated, superior organizational and time management skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks and manage details
Good team player with experience of working in a dynamic environment, effectively collaborate and communicate with stakeholders, team members, and vendors, highly flexible with the dynamic project activities and work time zones
Experience in a multi-cultural company is preferred, but not required. Proficient skills using MS Office products, especially Outlook, MS Excel.Communication Skills:Excellent communications and negotiation skills (verbal, written, and presentation skills).
