The Sr. Mgr, Sales Ops/Support will typically manage professional employees who are responsible for forecasting, financial modeling, and/or commission calculations. Using knowledge of company products, services, support and technology, oversees sales operations activities to achieve company goals. Maintains relationship with field personnel to ensure timely, accurate, and prompt forecast submissions. Works with Sales and Finance Departments to develop and administer the companies worldwide sales forecast. Responsible for organizing financial modeling and statistical studies for sales department.
Other Job Responsibilities
Accountable for managing the forecasted bookings, deals analysis and decision support, configuration and spec accuracy, order fulfillment execution, overseeing shipments and commits, gross margin actuals vs. targets, metrics reporting and corrective action, execution to VPA commercial deal commitments. Requires an excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations (Proposal, Orders, Forecasting, and Territory Management), Inventory Management (Purchasing, Scheduling, and Order Fulfillment). Cross function with Factory and R&D group and support Legal and Logistics compliance. Developing business process with industry’s requirement and expectation. Contribute company’s vision and objective execution to region and profitability improvement plan execution with region with driving accurate configuration system. Make alignment with Factory capacity plan to prepare customer ramp.
- Excellent Excel operation skill
- Bi-lingual in Korean preferred, but not required.
- 15 years of Semiconductor experience from customer or vendor
- 10 years of Marketing and Sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred (Marketing or Business Degree preferred)
