The workshop will be organized by the ifo Center of Excellence for Migration and Integration Research (CEMIR) and will be supported by CESifo. The purpose of the event is to bring together junior economists to present and discuss their ongoing research and to stimulate interaction and cooperation between them.
Interested advanced Ph.D. students, postdocs and assistant professors in economics are invited to submit a migration related research paper together with a CV. Preference is given to papers over abstracts. Please submit here.
There is no registration fee for presenters. The organizers will provide accommodation and reimburse economy travel costs for presenters of accepted papers (in accordance with the conference travel policy).
It is hoped to hold the workshop as an on-site event in Munich, however, it may be switched to a hybrid or virtual format should this be required by the Covid-19 situation.
