Offer Description
Research support staff and part-time Project Manager in the field of Applied Economics and Quantitative Methods.
Research Line: Applied Economics and Quantitative Methods
Dedication and working hours: 15 hours of dedication per week.
Tasks:
- Find the appropriate International collaborators. And Coordinate and supervise the work of local collaborators across different countries and time zones.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project timeline, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure that research protocols, data collection standards, and reporting formats are consistently applied across all locations.
- Monitor progress and proactively identify risks, delays, or bottlenecks, proposing corrective actions when needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the PI and local research teams.
- Organize and lead regular coordination meetings (virtual), prepare agendas, and document outcomes.
- Facilitate clear, efficient, and culturally sensitive communication among international teams.
- Oversee data flow from local teams to the central research team.
- Ensure adherence to data quality standards, documentation protocols, and ethical requirements.
- Coordinate with data managers and researchers to resolve inconsistencies or gaps in submitted data.
Requirements
Research Field: Economics
Education Level: Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex workflows and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset).
- Sensitivity to cultural differences.
- Familiarity with research workflows, data collection, and academic project structures.
- Knowledge of research ethics, and data protection standards.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining close coordination with senior researchers.

Benefits: Gross annual salary (full-time): 33.605,95 €
Eligibility criteria:
Selection will be based on a review of the CV and, where applicable, the completion of a test and/or an interview.
