Project Title: Conservation Branch, Environmental Natural Resources Management Division, Directorate of Public Works, Joint Readiness Training Center and Fort Polk, LouisianaResponses to this Request for Statements of Interest will be used to identify potential investigators for this project. Approximately $420,300 is expected to be available to support this project for the base year. Additional funding may be available for additional tasks and/or follow on work in subsequent fiscal years to the successful Recipient/Awardee.Background:Provide support to the Fort Polk, Cultural Resources Program activities including curation. Please read the attached Statement of Objectives for the full description of activities required for this effort.Type of Award: 10 U.S.C. § 2684 Cultural Resources, Delegation of Authority under Title 10 United States CodeBrief Description of Anticipated Work:To allow Fort Polk to remain in compliance with regulatory mandates, meet regional commitments, and to allow military missions to continue.Note: A full study proposal and proposed budget are NOT requested at this time.Review of Statements Received: All statements of interest received will be evaluated by a board comprised of one or more people at the receiving installation or activity, who will determine which statement(s) best meet the program objectives.
