Shaping Globalization - Economic Consequences and Policy Responses
This workshop aims to bring together junior researchers who specialize in international economic policy questions.
Relevant topics of the workshop include:
- International trade policy
- Tax policy and multinational activities of firms
- Income effects and redistribution policies
- Environmental policy in a globalized world
The workshop takes place on December 14 and 15, 2023 at the University of Mainz and aims to enhance the network of junior researchers who analyze economic policy in an international context. Submissions of papers that study the interaction between economic effects and policy design in a globalized world are highly welcome. The workshop is designed to allow for a fruitful scientific exchange between young researchers and a renowned keynote speaker:
