CESifo and the ifo Institute are inviting submissions for the second Junior Workshop on Energy and Climate Economics. The workshop is aimed at PhD students towards the end of their PhD phase and Postdocs very early in their career.
Scientific Organizers: Maximilian Auffhammer (Berkeley), Karen Pittel (ifo Institute & LMU Munich)
This workshop aims to bring together leading junior researchers to discuss their research and to encourage broader international interactions. Submissions may deal with any topic within the broad domain of the economics of energy and climate. There will be an informal dinner the night prior to the workshop and participants will also be invited to attend the CESifo Area Conference on Energy and Climate Economics on 14-15 March 2025.
A €500 prize will be awarded to the best paper presented at the workshop.
