Department of Economics, Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India, invites participation in and submission of research papers (both theoretical and empirical) for the XXXVth Annual Conference on Contemporary Issues in Development Economics. The conference will feature special lectures by eminent economists and presentations of selected research papers. Local hospitality will be provided at the conference venue by the organizers. Those intending to submit papers for presentation are requested to send soft copy of the full paper along with an abstract of not more than 150 words to juconference@gmail.com . All submissions will be refereed. Decision regarding acceptance of paper will be intimated by November 15, 2025. Scholars whose papers have been selected and others who would like to participate in the Conference without presenting would be required to pay their registration fees through a payment link that would be active from 20 November, 2025 to 15 December 2025
