School of Economics and Management, University of Porto (FEP) was founded in 1953 and is a reference in the field of economics and management sciences in Portugal, both in higher education and in fundamental and applied research. FEP training offer covers all levels of undergraduate and graduate education, including continuing education. FEP is also involved in the administration, coordination and teaching at Porto Business School, the organization that is in charge of Executive education within the University of Porto. FEP delivers high quality academic education and research, focusing on developing the analytical skills, the critical reasoning and the autonomy of its students. Further, FEP fosters multiple collaboration learning initiatives, between students, faculty, the professional world and the local community, that enable professional and personal development. Through close to sixteen thousand graduates over the last 63 years, FEP has been shaping and will continue to influence economic policies and to support management decision making in Portugal, ultimately promoting economic and social development. FEP wishes to strengthen its position among the top three Economics and Management higher education and research schools in Portugal and become a reference in the other Portuguese speaking countries, in the Ibero-American world and in Europe.
