The Accounting Clerk will be responsible, among other things, for invoicing to be processed in a multi-company and multi-currency environment.

In this position and under the direction of the Controller, the Accounting Clerk performs the following tasks:
Collect and validate data to complete the invoicing;
Prepare and enter data into the accounting system;
Prepare management reports using Excel;
Perform research and data analysis to respond to requests for information;
Support to Finance and Administration unit;
Perform other related duties.
DEC, Accounting or equivalent;
Minimum experience of 5 years in a similar role;
Functional knowledge of an accounting and management software (ACOMBA knowledge is an asset);
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Bilingualism: Fluent in English and French both in writing and verbally;
Good data entry speed and accuracy (words and numbers);
Advanced communication skills;
Great attention to detail, rigor and dynamism;
Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously as well as to prioritize and meet deadlines;
Professionalism, versatility, ability to work in a team and autonomy;
Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is an asset.
Permanent position in a dynamic team;
Work schedule of 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday;
