On April 1, 2022, the White House announced the list of priority countries and regions under the U.S. Strategy to Prevent Conflict and Promote Stability. Priority countries include Haiti, Libya, Mozambique, Papua New Guinea, and one region Coastal West Africa, including Benin, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Guinea, and Togo.As part of this initiative to prevent conflicts and promote stability in Togo, the U.S. Embassy in Lomé, Togo, through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), is pleased to announce an open competition for organizations to submit applications to implement a project that will increase youth political participation at the local level across Kpendjal 1, Kpendjal Ouest 2, Tone 1, Oti Sud 1, Keran 1, Tchamba 1, Tchaoudjo 1, Anié 1 and Agoe-nyive 4 (Zongo).
