WFI Summer School 2019

In 2019, the Ingolstadt School of Management near Munich, Germany, will present the third thematic international Summer School.      

During the two-week programme students will gain insights into Firms in Society from the theoretical, empirical and practical perspectives of management science and economics.

The various courses we offer illuminate the topic from a wide range of perspectives:

  • Consumer Psychology for a Better World
  • Corporate Governance as Linking Pin between Firms and Society

  • Corporate Tax Avoidance
  • Global Supply Chains and Firms in Developing Countries

View program for 2019 

The keynote on The Economics of (Mis)Behavior will be delivered by Prof. Jen Brown from the prestigious David Eccles School of Business (USA). All courses will be taught by staff who are experts in their fields. Participants can gain up to 10 ECTS for attending the WFI Summer School.

The engagement with regional champions through company visits, management talks and networking opportunities is unique to our Summer School. We have organized visits to and sessions with top-managers from AUDI (automotive), BAUER (engineering, mining, machinery), LEDvance (lighting), Telekom (telecommunication), and brigk (a start-up incubator).

The vibrant social programme includes a tour to the famous Neuschwanstein Castle.

Come to the Ingolstadt School of Management, located in the heart of Bavaria near Munich, and experience an inspiring and exclusive event for only 40 students studying towards a Masters (or advanced Bachelors) degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law or the Social Sciences.

Certifications & Titles

You will receive an official transcript of record which can be used for recognition of the courses at your home university. The transcript contains the names of the courses, lecturers, ECTS points and grades.

Early booking: 560.00 EUR if application is received by February 28, 2019

Due to sponsoring by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) from budget resources provided by the German Federal Foreign Office (Auswärtiges Amt) we can offer travel grants plus an allowance of 500 EUR for excellent students for their stay in Ingolstadt.
