The fourth edition of the Public Policies, Cities, and Regions (PPCR) workshop, organized by CERGIC and GATE, will take place at ENS Lyon on December 11-12, 2025.
The workshop will feature presentations by leading economists on a range of public policy issues related to urban and regional economies. Topics will include placed-based policies, housing markets, land use, and environment policies.
Keynote lectures will be given by Jessie Handbury (U. of Pennsylvania) and Yanos Zylberberg (U. of Bristol).
