The University of Piraeus, in collaboration with the Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission, is pleased to announce the 1st Piraeus International Economic Conference (PIEC), which will take place on June 28–30, 2026, on the island of Spetses, Greece. The conference aims to bring together academics, researchers, and professionals from around the world to discuss and present their latest findings in the fields of Economics, Finance, and Econometrics. Moreover, the conference will provide a dedicated opportunity for PhD candidates to meet and interact directly with leading experts, receive feedback on their research, and explore potential avenues for collaboration.
