The University of Dubrovnik is seeking a part-time Full Professor in the field of Economics to conduct research and teaching activities as per Croatian higher education legislation.
Offer Description
The successful candidate will be appointed to the scientific-teaching position of Full Professor (tenured) in the field of Economics. The position includes conducting scientific research, teaching activities, mentoring students, and contributing to the development of the institution’s academic and professional activities in accordance with Croatian higher education legislation.
Requirements
Education Level: PhD or equivalent
Applicants must fulfil the general requirements prescribed by the Act on Higher Education and Scientific Activity (Official Gazette No. 119/2022, Republic of Croatia).

- Copies of diplomas confirming the required academic qualifications
- Overview of scientific, teaching and professional activities
- Copy of the decision (certificate) on previous appointment to an academic position
- Evidence of citation record and indexing of scientific publications
- List of publications and copies of publications relevant for the appointment
- Report on scientific, teaching and professional activities
The Curriculum Vitae and the report on scientific, teaching and professional activities must also be submitted in electronic form.
Specific Requirements
Foreign applicants must additionally provide proof of Croatian language proficiency at level B1 or C1 in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
